Planned Gifts

SU is home to me. As an alumnus, I know firsthand the impact that our University has on our students. To be able to enhance that through philanthropy is extremely gratifying.

For many, Salisbury University provides the foundation to build a strong future. Think about the impact that Salisbury University has had on your life, on its community, and on its alumni and friends worldwide. Would you like to help ensure that SU has a strong future as well and can continue to make a positive impact for many years to come?

With a planned gift, you can do just that. Your long-term support allows SU to provide financial aid (scholarships), hire the highest-quality professors, conduct groundbreaking research, enrich academic and athletic programs, and provide state-of-the-art facilities far into the future.

Planned gifts also form part of an overall financial plan that can provide you with significant benefits. For example, planned gifts can help you maintain control of your assets during your lifetime, take advantage of a number of tax benefits, leave a legacy at Salisbury University and possibly even provide income to yourself or others during your or their lifetime. Unlike gifts of cash, planned gifts typically come from assets in your estate, rather than disposable income. When you are ready, contact one of our experts who can help you through the process of finding the right giving opportunity.
