Salisbury University students and the SU President

Ways to Support

There are countless ways you can support The Campaign for Salisbury University. Below are a few such opportunities.

Endowment Gifts

When you establish an endowment fund, you create a permanent legacy of support for SU. It can grow and fund its designated purpose in perpetuity, providing support for scholarships, professorships and chairs, or programmatic and operational support to specific areas. You can name an endowment for yourself, your family, your favorite professor, your company - the choice is yours. LEARN MORE

Scholarships

Did you know that 70% of Salisbury students receive some form of financial aid? The amount of aid that SU is able to provide, however, is less than many other campuses. Gifts to support new endowed scholarships or existing awards provide essential, life-changing resources for students of all backgrounds. Scholarships for deserving students who want to attend SU – that aren’t necessarily tied to the highest merit achievements – are especially important. LEARN MORE

Professorships and Chairs

By supporting endowed professorships and chairs, individual and corporate donors can help SU focus bright minds on particular areas of teaching and research to help spur advances in those areas. These awards recognize the contributions of expert faculty and provide funds to support them, propelling their research and teaching, and creating collaborations. LEARN MORE

Planned Gifts

Thinking about how you can leave a legacy in the future? Rather than making a gift to SU now, planned giving allows you to outline designations in different ways from your estate to provide support for the institution years down the road. There are many ways to do this. LEARN MORE

Giving Day

Mark your calendars! Giving Day is a one-day effort driven by social media in the spring to tap into that Sea Gull spirit across the nation and around the world. LEARN MORE
