SU Libraries and Academic Resources

Salisbury University Libraries cultivates a superior learning community by providing user-centered services and information resources in an engaging environment. SU Libraries is dedicated to the free exchange of ideas and excellence in learning, teaching, scholarship, creativity and service.

The Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons, the location of SU’s main library, is a place to study, master the art of research, collaborate, borrow a laptop, cram for an exam, work on a project, get a book and meet friends. It’s a center for learning, discovery and interaction – and students say, “it’s the place to be.”

The Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture is a treasure trove of resources, with materials gathered in a first-class archival facility with improved access for faculty, staff, students and the community. The Dr. Ernie Bond Curriculum Resource Center also supports the Seidel School of Education. From finding academic resources, to using technology, to research, SU Libraries serves students and the greater community.

The Library Is The Place To Be
For years, SU students studied in what some considered one of the worst campus libraries in the country. That changed in 2016 when SU opened the $117 million Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons, the main location of SU Libraries. The library was intentionally placed in the heart of main campus to be the epicenter of the academic community.READ MORE
